Role in IMANI:
- Practical Perspective & Pilot Development: Adapts and tests the Wirkmodell (impact model) in real-world contexts through workshops, interviews, and direct collaboration with startups.
- Resource Creation: Produces accessible guides, toolboxes, and training materials to help partners implement inclusive entrepreneurship practices.
- Zertification Concept (Inclusive Entrepreneurship): Drafts a framework for certifying organizations committed to diversity, equity, and social impact.
