Pioneering Research on Reciprocity of Migrant Entrepreneurship & Entrepreneurial Ecosystem
IMANI applies a “regenerative impact measurement” framework to capture the reciprocal innovativeness between migrant startups and their ecosystems. This approach includes:
- Systematic Literature Review: We synthesize current academic insights on migrant entrepreneurship and social innovation.
- Quantitative & Qualitative Data Collection: We gather survey data, conduct interviews, and run participatory workshops to explore how innovation flows between startups and ecosystem enablers.
- Longitudinal Analysis & Monitoring: A concept for a panel study and continuous data tracking will be developed, ensuring long-term insights into impact and sustainability.
- Migrant-led ventures are an increasingly significant driver of economic growth, yet their innovative potential is often under-researched.
- Our mixed-methods design helps bridge theoretical and practical gaps, offering new knowledge for both scholarly and applied contexts.
We invite researchers, think tanks, and academic institutions to collaborate on:
- Data sharing & comparative studies,
- Joint conference panels and workshops,
- Peer-reviewed publications on inclusive entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems.
